Welcome to Chamkaro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chamkaro mobile application ("App"), operated by Chamkaro ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the Chamkaro mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, posts, articles, calculators, and other materials available through the App.
• "Services" refers to all features and functionalities provided through the App.
         

2. Eligibility

To use the Chamkaro App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law or regulation.
         

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using:

• Google Sign-In
• Facebook Login
         

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Updating your information promptly if it changes.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
         

4. Services Provided

Chamkaro provides the following services:

4.1 Content Feed

The App provides a curated feed of posts, articles, and informational content related to MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises), agriculture, finance, and related topics. Content is organized by categories and may be personalized based on your preferences and location.

4.2 Financial Calculators

The App includes various financial calculators, including:

• Loan EMI Calculator
• Loan Prepayment Calculator (Reduce EMI)
• Loan Prepayment Calculator (Reduce Tenure)
• Machinery EMI Calculator
         

4.3 Search and Discovery

Users can search for posts and content by keywords, tags, and sources.

4.4 Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for new content, updates, and relevant information. You can manage notification preferences in the App settings or through your device settings.

4.5 Multi-Language Support

The App supports multiple languages. You can select your preferred language in the App settings.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Chamkaro App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the App.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.
• Collect or harvest any information from other users without their consent.
• Use the financial calculator results as definitive financial advice for major financial decisions.
         

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of Chamkaro or its content licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device.
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• View and share content through the App's built-in sharing features.
         

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our prior written consent.
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App's content.
         

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content, including but not limited to:

• YouTube videos embedded within the App
• External website links opened through the in-app browser
• Google and Facebook authentication services
         

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

8. Location Services

The App may request access to your device's location services. Location data is used to provide region-specific content and personalized information. You may grant or deny location access at any time through your device settings. Denying location access may limit certain features of the App but will not prevent you from using core functionalities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.
• The financial calculator results will be accurate or applicable to your specific financial situation.
         

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Chamkaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Chamkaro shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information or content provided through the App, including financial calculator results.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Chamkaro shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.
         

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chamkaro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the App.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at the email address provided below.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Behavior that harms other users or the App's reputation.
• Extended period of inactivity.
         

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

13.1 App Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13.2 Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Amicable Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
2. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
3. Jurisdiction: The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chamkaro regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Chamkaro.
